... a rainbow eye.
Yeah. Talk about a friggin' hard poster to make. I hate my concept. It's so expected. But it was the best idea I had, so I just had to go with it. This is for my poster design class. We were told to make a poster describing what graphic design is to us, only in a way that would make "normal" people understand. Kind of like, "what's so great about design? what does it do for us?" Thus the cheesy "Graphic design makes the world a more beautiful place." That wasn't my idea, trust me. My original idea was for a world to be inside the eyeball, but when I put the rainbow on the lineart, the world just got in the way. SO now it's rainbow eye. Drawing originally done in pencil, then spectrumified in CS2. edit: Seeing as I've been out of school for over a year now, I figured I should update this with the version from my portfolio class. Fixed composition and gradient. Thanks to everyone who keeps fav'ing this. <3 |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
